It’s taken me a while – a few turns around the sun – to realise that life happens if you aren’t paying attention. I woke up to the reality that while I was sleeping with my eyes wide open, opportunities were sailing by. Opportunities to be wealthy, wise and happy. Opportunities to spend more time with my loved ones, and opportunities to bring adventure into my life.
I am now heading into tomorrow, aware and consciously aware. I am about to take another 365 day trip around the sun, but this time I will squeeze the marrow out of life and caution be damned since all that did for me was leave me sitting and watching TV on the sofa!
